Cancellation & Rescheduling: Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you can't make it to your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. You'll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment, giving you time to make any necessary changes. For full details, please check our House Rules.

Arrival Time and Parking: To help everything run smoothly, please arrive right on time for your appointment. Since there’s only one client parking spot available on the driveway, arriving too early might mean the space is still occupied by the previous client. Extra parking is available around the corner, about 50 meters away on the side street. Out of consideration for the neighbors, please avoid parking on private driveways or reserved spaces. Please also note: the location isn’t very easy to reach by public transport.

Arriving Late: If you’re running late, please send me a quick message or call to let me know. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment will usually still go ahead as planned. If the delay is longer, I’ll check whether there’s enough time to continue or if we’ll need to reschedule. Without any notice, arrivals later than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show. Open communication helps me plan and ensures the best experience for everyone.

Booking Information: All treatments are available by appointment only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. If you don’t receive it, a step may have been missed during the booking process. A reminder will be sent 72 hours before your appointment. If you haven’t received either, please get in touch so we can sort it out and avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Online Booking Policy: All appointments must be booked online. Bookings via social media, chat, or phone are not accepted. If you have any questions about the services or the booking process, feel free to contact me — I’ll be happy to help.

We offer several convenient ways to pay for your appointment: 1. Pay Online During Booking (via Molly): You can choose to pay securely online when you book. Our system, powered by Molly, accepts all major Belgian payment options, including Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. (Note: Online payment processing by third-party providers may involve transaction costs. Please review any such details presented by the payment provider during checkout.) 2. Pay At Your Appointment: Alternatively, you can settle your payment at the salon during your appointment using one of these methods: - Online Payment Link: We can email you a secure payment link to complete on your device. This supports various online payment options, including those suitable for international clients. - QR Code: We accept payments via QR codes using apps like Payconiq, Wero, or your bank's Bancontact app. Please ensure your banking app is set up and ready for QR payments. - Cash: If paying by cash, having the exact amount is appreciated. WiFi is available on location to facilitate any digital payments. Please be aware that we currently do not have a terminal for physical card (pin) payments on site.
