You agree to allow your client information to be linked to service information, so that an accurate history of treatments can be created. Not agreeing to this would hinder the monitoring of your treatment evolution. Thus, a personalized approach to your needs is no longer possible.

You agree to allow a profile to be created containing all the information filled in in this questionnaire. In order to erase all your personal information a written request has to be made by e-mail.

Your information will be used for profiling in order to create a more custom-made experience and to continuously improve our services. If you wish to have your personal data removed, please email ambeautyboutiquestudio@gmail.com. This will permanently unlink your client profile from treatment records, making your data anonymous and irreversibly deleted. Your data is never shared with third parties.
